01.02.2008 The start of a new project

The Atlanta Invest and Development Company commenced work on the concept of the development of a new residential complex with shopping and social facilities in 101, Sagaidaka Street in Dniprovskyi district of Kyiv. The new residential premises will be constructed under the “city within a city” principle with the following specifications:

 

1) Area of the land plot: 21.52 hectares, including:
• the territory of city commuting network: 4.6 hectares
• the territory of schooling and pre-school institutions: 2.5 hectares
• the territory for social use and municipal services: 3.9 hectares
• the territory of residential fund: 12.0 hectares
2) Population density: 450 persons per hectare
3) Total area of residential fund: 464,200 square meters, including:
• line one: 176,000 sq. meters
• line two: 288,200 sq. meters
4) General residential area 464,200 x 0.8 = 371.360 sq. meters
5) Number of apartments: 3,500
6) Population: 10,500 residents
7) Parking: 4,200 cars
8) Secondary school for 1,600 students
9) Pre-school for 280 children
10) Premises for short-time stay of preschool children with total capacity of 120 children: 2,000 sq. meters
11) Shopping and public service facilities, total area: 72,000 sq. meters
