he Atlanta Invest and Development Company in cooperation with the Department for Analysis and scientific prognosis of the Alliance Corporation, conducted analytic research of the market of primary real estate in Kiev

 

The goal of the project was to conduct a research of price oscillations of the market, its capacity and dynamics.

 

An important task within the context of the project was to analyze how the level of the residential buildings erected in the city corresponds to its declared category or dwelling class: location, infrastructure, consumerist qualities, liquidity, and investment effectiveness for the consumer.

 

As the research revealed, economy- and business-class residence is quite well-represented on the market (at the same time, the demand has only been on the rise), while the elite segment of development sector is only at the stage of formation.

 

Very often, the elite concept covers solely the locality of the property (downtown), and the consumerist qualities aren’t quite within the realms of the elite standard.

 

In the context of the project, a sociological survey was conducted for the analysis of consumer preferences in separate dwelling classes, as well as the expectations concerning the characteristics of acquired residence.

 

The results of the conducted survey will be valuable material used in the development and implementation of the concepts of a totally new kind of residence that will completely meet our clients’ expectations.
